Extended Warranty
For peace of mind after the manufacturers warranty has lapsed, Sapphire Leisure offer an extended 2 year warranty. The warranty covers the cost of parts and labour due to manufacturing defects for the following:
- Hydrotherapy Pumps
- Controllers
- Air Blower
- Touchpad
- Jet Housing
- Heater
- Ozone System
- Light System (not the bulb)
- Auxiliary Controls

All work will be carried out by our trained technical team to the highest of standards. We do not contract this work out, as we believe in using our own engineers to ensure you receive the best possible service and customer satisfaction.
Should your spa develop a fault, we will aim to visit you and get the hot tub running as soon as we can, so you don’t have to be without your spa for long.
All claims under this warranty must be notified to Sapphire Leisure by telephoning 01869 327698 emailing or in writing to our Bicester branch where we will action this and soon get you up and running again.
Your original warranty supplied by Sapphire Leisure in most cases lasts for two or three years dependent on your purchase time. We give long warranties, as we believe that the parts and reliability of all of our hot tub is of a high quality and durability. We don’t try to sell you an extended warranty but offer this as a service for peace of mind as many of our customers have requested this service.
